REGISTRATION
Families who are interested in enrollment at St. Augustine School are welcome to visit us at any point during the year. Please contact Ann Daly at 978-475-2414 for information, an application form, or to schedule a tour. Application forms are also
available online. There is a $100 non-refundable, re-registration fee for current students entering
Grades 1-8.
Application materials must be requested from and returned to the main school office. All new application forms will be dated, numbered,
and prioritized according to the following criteria:
- Students currently enrolled in St. Augustine School
- Siblings of students currently enrolled in St. Augustine School
- Children of families that are registered and participating in St. Augustine Parish
- Children of families registered and participating in other Catholic parishes
- Children of families with no parish affiliation
