St. Augustine Parish families who practice their faith regularly in their parish and have met the condition of 65% use of envelopes placed in the offertory on an annual basis (January-December) may apply for the Family Sunday Attendance Award. To apply for this award, a family must request a form from the school office, and return it directly to St. Augustine School by April 4, 2008. St. Augustine Parish families may receive $750.00 per child for children in Grades K-8. Families must be registered, worshipping and contributing regularly to the parish for one year prior to registration. Once you have completed the necessary information you must mail or drop the form at the school office no later than April 4th.
Families from other Catholic parishes may apply for scholarships from their own parishes if they meet the same criteria and complete a Parish Scholarship Form. Completed forms for parishioners from other Catholic parishes must include pastor’s signature. The amount of scholarships from other participating parishes varies. The amount of the scholarship will be indicated on the lower right hand corner of the Parish Scholarship Form. Tuition balance will be adjusted according to the amount of scholarship your parish agrees to pay St. Augustine School.
Parish Scholarship Forms must be requested
from and returned to the school office.
If your need for financial assistance exceeds the amount of scholarship that your parish has designated, you may complete a Financial Aid Application
and submit it by April 4, 2008. Forms must be complete and submitted with copies of your 2007 1040 or 1040A Income Tax filing forms and W-2s before they will be reviewed. Families will be notified of decisions on financial aid. Facts Grant & Aid will accept Tuition Assistance applications online or in paper form. Paper applications may be requested from the school office.
Tuition assistance may be awarded to families with children entering Nursery and Pre-K provided all necessary criteria are met and need is determined.
The following is a payment schedule for tuition:
- A non-refundable re-application fee of $35.00
per student is due with each completed re-application form for Grades K - 7.
