St. Augustine Parish families who practice their faith in the parish regularly and have demonstrated 65% use of offertory envelopes in the weekly collection (January-December) may apply for the Family Sunday Attendance Award. To apply for this award, a family must request a form from the school office, and return it directly to St. Augustine School by March 15, 2010. St. Augustine Parish families may receive $750 per child for students in Grades K-8. Families must be registered, worshipping and contributing regularly to the parish for one year prior to registration. Once you have completed the necessary information, you must submit the form at the school office no later than March 15.

Families from other Catholic parishes may apply for awards from their parishes if they meet the same criteria and complete a Family Sunday Attendance Award application. Completed forms for parishioners from other Catholic parishes must include the pastor’s signature. The amount of awards from other participating parishes varies, and should be indicated on the lower right hand corner of the form by the pastor. Please be aware that not all parishes offer these awards. Tuition balances will be adjusted according to the amount your parish agrees to pay St. Augustine School. Family Sunday Attendance Award forms must be requested from and returned to the school office.

Financial Aid applications are due on March 15. You may apply on line at www.factstuitionaid.com or by picking up a paper application in the school office. Tuition assistance may be awarded to families with children entering Preschool provided all necessary criteria are met and need is determined.
