We teach our students to serve in all that we do and teach. 

Throughout the year, our school community comes together to support local and global causes through monthly donation drives for organizations such as Lazarus House and the Pregnancy Care Center, dress down events that raise money and collect needed supplies, and participation in events like the Lazarus House Hike for Hope. Students are also encouraged to approach teachers and administration with ideas for how our school can support others in our community and throughout the world.

Each year, our students participate in Auggies’ Give Back Day, a schoolwide day dedicated to service. From Nursery through 8th grade, every class comes together to serve others in meaningful ways, including gardening, making blankets, writing cards, and helping with projects that support local organizations and community members. Students reflect on their experiences and share how their service made a difference, strengthening our commitment to living out our call to serve.

Students in grades seven and eight complete 20 hours of community service as part of their formation, although many go above and beyond this requirement. We are incredibly proud of the generosity, compassion, and dedication our students demonstrate as they serve our community and the world around them.
